Privacy on the PixelPlex79 website
Last updated: 25 September 2026
This note covers only the www.pixelplex79.link website. Each game has its own privacy policy (links at the bottom).
Who is responsible
The data controller is PixelPlex79, an independent game developer. Contact: pixelplex79@gmail.com.
Visit statistics (Google Analytics) – only with your consent
If you click “Accept” on the bar at the bottom of the page, the site starts Google Analytics 4. Without consent Google Analytics is not loaded at all and nothing is sent to Google.
- What is collected: a random identifier of your browser (stored in a cookie), pages viewed, the date and time of the visit and how long you stay, the page you came from, approximate location (country, region, city), device type, browser, operating system, screen size and language, plus automatically measured actions: scrolling and clicks on links leading off the site (for example to Google Play). Your IP address reaches Google with each measurement; according to Google, Google Analytics 4 uses it only to work out the approximate location and does not store it.
- Cookies:
_gaand_ga_X2F45X4PX6are used to recognise later visits from the same browser. They are valid for up to 2 years from your last visit – each visit extends this period, and some browsers shorten it on their own. - Purpose: to know how many people visit, where they come from and which games interest them.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); storing cookies on your device – also your consent (Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024, Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej).
- Recipient: Google Ireland Limited, processing the data on our behalf. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. The European Commission has decided that companies certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, including Google LLC, ensure an adequate level of data protection (decision of 10 July 2023).
- Switched off: advertising features and Google signals – the data is not used for ads.
- Retention: data linked to the cookie identifier is deleted by Google Analytics about 14 months after your last visit. Aggregated statistics (for example the number of visits on a given day), which cannot identify anyone, stay in the reports longer.
- Withdrawing consent: at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Withdrawal deletes the Google Analytics cookies and stops further measurement; it does not affect the lawfulness of measurement before the withdrawal. Data collected earlier stays in Google Analytics until the end of the retention period unless you ask us to delete it.
Your choice on the consent bar
The choice itself (“consent” or “no consent”) is stored only in your browser (local storage, key pp79-consent-v1) so that the bar does not appear on every visit. It is not a cookie and is never sent anywhere. We store it without asking for consent because it is necessary to remember your decision. It stays until you clear your browser data for this site.
Server logs
The server running the site (a VPS at OVHcloud, Warsaw), like any web server, records in its log the IP address, date and time, requested address, the page you came from, browser identifier and the server's response code. This is needed to run and secure the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted automatically after 15 days at the latest. OVHcloud provides the server and processes this data on our behalf.
Right to object: you may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR) – write to pixelplex79@gmail.com.
Do you have to provide data
Consent to Google Analytics is voluntary – the site works the same without it. Your browser sends the data recorded in the server logs automatically with every request; without it the site cannot be displayed. Writing to us by e-mail is voluntary too.
If you write to pixelplex79@gmail.com, we process your e-mail address and the content of your message to reply (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and where the message concerns your GDPR rights, to meet our legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). The mailbox runs on Gmail, so messages are stored on Google's servers, including in the USA. We delete them one year after the matter is closed.
What this site does not do
The site shows no ads, has no forms, accounts or logins, and does not sell any data.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. Write to pixelplex79@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).
So that we can find your data, give the approximate date and time of your visit and your IP address, and for Google Analytics the value of the _ga cookie if you still have it. We make no decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR).
